Plagues would be kind of renewing the game. Not like a reset, more like a soft reset.

Simply if you don't threat bad wounds for a long time (lets say a week) an infection has a chance to spread out ( perhaps higher chance doing heavy jobs or walking in a swamp, etc)....then very slowly will bring you to death if not threat....resting in a bed will slow even more the infection....and help the recover after have threated it
