Having original version would be like in legacy but add a pinch of magic and it gives you magical powers.
It could be a very versatile drug.

Dude what? My suggestion was to use boar tusk snuff to achieve those effects mentioned in the OP.
Now that I think about it boar tusk snuff could have different effects based on what else you mix with it.
