I'm just digging arround my village to level it and then pave it and in the end build palisade, but it takes a lot of time to do it because I have to stop every 5 seconds to stock the dirt

dug enough to make 2 pyramids...likely 30k dirt. if you are digging so low, you're terraforming wrong. Raise all the platform and level, will be far easier and faster.

The problem is that after raising the earth for half the perimeter, the I did discover that the other half was so high that I have to dig 3x1 for each perimeter tile

raise more the base and level again. Besides that, with merchant robe you can have maximum 48 spaces while digging with shovel. Imagine now what means if the toon stops digging just when the inventory is full. Good luck digging 10k dirt in that way.

Then what about a toggle option for this?

I did just discover that you can shift+right click on the soil to pick all the soil in the ground...

Is better to dig entire stamina bar as Granger does say, then using shift + clicks to pick them all up from floor as stamina regenerate. Drink some waters and repeated.

oh gods, i did not suggested that 'cause i was sure you knew...mind that you also separate dirt from worms, so you can use the latter for fishing easily. Make a wheelbarrow if you can, moving a full 250 dirt pile with it makes things much easier.

Hence the suggestion of the alt to pickup dirt while you leave another character going with a highq shovel. The digger actually outpaces the picker-upper with a good shovel, even with shift click.

I've dug a LOT of dirt lol.

Disagree. I first dig a bunch of soil to the ground and then stockpile all of it. Feels less clicky to do it in larger batches.
