yeah ... and once decayed, changing colour, no more crime and easier to bash them ... so finally we'll have a free hearthfire wilderness. (maybe even giving you something to incentivate it)

I guess it should too BUT, the plater, if come back to the game, should spawn in the same place. I guess it's fair that the player, that is comming back, knows, at least, his neighbour.

To be honest, if your Hearthfire is in random place in forest that blocks roads, you won't be losing much if you spawn into wilderness instead. There's one blocking road I use adn while moving around it to next milestone isnät too much off a hassle, I'd prefer being able to destroy it without Criminal Acts.

This sounds like kindof a separate problem to me. The hearthfire must have spawned after the road was created, and thus be recent? I like that destroying active/recent hearthfires is a criminal act and imo it should stay that way. Though if the mechanics were changed you could leave a sign (for active players) or wait until it becomes bashable (for inactive players) as an alternative.
