77 liters of linseed is bear-ly acceptable but I can't bear the fact that it demands turquoise and purple pigments for some reason.

Eliminating the white for transparency might work for ya

The only way of making certain colors is to make a checkerboard pattern and unfortunately, this seems to massively increase the amount of linseed oil needed. Check out the cost of making a simple green and light green wallpaper:

It would be great if this could be fixed somehow. It seems unbalanced. Maybe there could be a cap on the amount of linseed oil needed to make stuff?
