Just combine exp with survival, they're practically the same skill as foragibles are capped by survival, not exp

I am tempted to agree that foraging is too useless, but I also have to be somewhat skeptical of a task that basically just involves scanning large areas at regular intervals to get payout, with almost no decision points. It's a bot waiting to happen.

Make animals more aggressive then.

I don't think there should be some weird balancing of forage curios and metal curios. They are 2 separate things. I like that end-game metal curios are powerful because they should be since only industrialized people can make them and mining is actually kind of a chore. Foraging doesnt require much but I do agree it feels kinda crappy now, glimmer was the most important curiosity for foragers and it got shit on for no reason

you mean they still have Glimmers XD i havent seen one of those since world 7 wtf RNG..

foraging can have extra rare items that take a lot of perc exp and something also attributes.
maybe spawn some aggressive creature near them sometimes or some king of minigame and also it can damage you

I gotta agree.

I eventually always find myself holed up in a walled off minehole and farmyard, and the plateau sets in.

I remember last time I played... exploring became a chore where I grab my boat and patrol the area for flotsam on the rivers and bluebells in the swamp.
