Sieges on weekends only

Yea maybe weekends only is not the best idea after all. Any opinions then about declaring a siege ? for example you declare a siege and after 24h you can siege that village for 7 days , if it still stands then it gets protection for next 7 days.

Yes great idea I will declare siege on myself all the time and then don't go through with it so I'm protected 100% for 50% of the time.

Numbers are just for example, in general what i mean is a reward in some days of rest if you prevent a siege in some way other than KO'ing the enemy.

Like alt spam and destroy siege equipment?

Think this is shitty in general, even if numbers are an example ; could still do it to yourself to get this ''reward'' so it's flawed.

remember that a limited timespan to lay siege means also that in this timespan you need to complete siege, so, need a siege system that will bring down time needed for it to like 2-3 hours.. very bad.

Sweden certainly is the greatest country, but I'm not sure all sieges should necessarily be tuned to its clock.

Or then you could copy the system that EVE online has.

The owner of village could decide in what time window he would allow sieges to happen himself. This way the owner could always defend his village in the occasion of the raid.
