I do think that those with outlaw should be able to sleep, but maybe there could be some interplay with crimes and sleeping. The varying degrees of crime could impact the effectiveness of sleeping in a bed to different degrees. The amount of a particular crime could also be a factor.

Still I'm up for chairs to have some SHP regen, slower than bed but especially for outlaws to be used.

Bump, with travel weariness on normal roads this seriously needs to be changed.

I don't see any reason not to allow outlaws to sleep. So long as they can be ganked in their beds I don't see any negative consequences for the rest of the world at large.

+1 (With caveat that still vulnerable)
