SHP should regenerate while being offline

You are mistaken though. Shp seems to only heal when you are online. Outlaws, and people in bed, where the char is still in game, do not continue to heal even with sufficient energy.

Do you have some way of healing I don't know about then? I logged in just to check this, and it seems to work as I said.

I'm almost 100% positive that your SHP heals if you're an offline OUTLAW (your character is online) and you have the energy. it did work like that unless they changed it it still does
