It could be fun to have a world where there is no direct control over the character, but the ability to write scripts (against a sane API) that run on the server.

Haven and Hearth, screeps edition.

The purpose of this thread is to spark discussion on the topic that will hopefully lead to some conclusions. What these proposed mechanics should ultimately lead to is up for discussion. I personally enjoy the idea of "raising" an alt into an NPC by teaching them through macros/recorded actions or some such. I think the first implementation of this friendly autonomous NPC would work well with tamed wolves and canines.

Could be fun for wolves in H&H when equipped with a more modern neural net...
