Honestly, I think it's a terrible idea, even for money ... CO will want to buy hats, fair enough, but 90% of everyone else will use it to spout insults or rubbish ... 
Btw Troll, my neighbour met you in game and he said all you were interested in was did he have any hats to sell ...
... with here, discord, the market and random encounters you seem to be reaching most of the player base anyway!

For $75 (toward the devs, in the form of finalizing the lifetime of tokens) a pop I still would happily click away that window, with a smile.

I think it could be moderated just a tad, so that those sayings never show up. but 100 dollars is a way too much. maybe 10 dollars would be a better alternative. I mean how hard would it be to check over less than a paragraph of text?

I have actually had this precise idea myself. Not sure if it's a good idea, but I am tempted to try it out. Arguably there is some intersection of price and demand where it's a relatively harmless addition. If the game can be financed through complete nonsense... why not?
