If you harvest a dreamcatcher while under the Outlaw debuff you should have a 30/70 chance of getting an either better version of a Dream or aggressive Nightmare spawn.

I think it's more jorb is waiting on loftar to do the server code so it can get added in. That damn client rewrite just holding everything up!
