Well I'm no animal anatomy expert, but those animals could probably be like 2y5x in the inventory. Maybe even smaller. The idea being that hunting foxes becomes more worthwhile if you're going on hunting trips because hunting them does not take space of bigger animals in the cart. They can't be too big though, because if they take up more space than the sum of their parts, it's literally just better to butcher them.

Was thinking this exact same thing. The majority of the work is done with animations so this should be possible.
