I have a slightly different vision of your proposal

Ground for conflicts between Realms!
Wonder
be divided into three types Ancient, raise by the players and small which are already present in the game . they should be able to be destroyed, but only by siege machines.
1)Ancient
1.1) Ring of brodgar
giving, in turn, a unique opportunity teleportation to it for members of the village occupied it(but only if you was in the village, but was not adopted beyond its borders)

1.2) Pick of the world
reduces stamina costs when moving on mountains and snows, for members of the village occupied it

1.3) A Trace of Gods (crater left by a meteorite, not so casual that they are falling from the sky now )

this is a small room in there are 11 unique graves one of which belongs to the god, other empty and burialand here in them gives + 10% to the heir also State Funeral work for them but need cover crypt with realm

2) Players Raised
having read an expensive prayer on village totem one of the villages covered by your realm, you make global event wonder bulding, now all know where it will be built the event lasts 7 real days, until it ends the kingdom will not be able to read another such prayer, from this moment the village can a unique structure ~ size of a doom altar(world wipe altar)

in my view it should be statues to the gods of the Scandinavian pantheon, but better from different pantheons of ancient European tribes, including Slavik

3) Small
they should give a small percentage bonus to attributes or/and skills, depend it must from the statue if they covered of village claim
exempel statue of darkins(art bro) must give 5% to will and lore
