I did say it was a wild guess. I'm not allowed to just make a wild guess and ignore practical math for the fun of it?

Doing some math with an assumption of about 10k characters in the world and 10k tiles mined per character on average (just to make easy math) says you have around 100M/3.125B, or around 3%.
