Secondly it would require botters to produce more complex scripts in order to eat spam and re-log with satiation gone to repeat. Which may cause some of them to stop botting or just make it harder to get into in the first place.

You're first assumption on the results is wrong. If anything, you'd see more alts because there's little else to do with the massive amounts of food made. That means more shenanigans in the hearthlands.... Of course, some of us would think this is a good thing.

This isn't even an issue to anyone that can write a script.

Honestly doubt this would do much to deter botters. If anything it's just a bit of hassle. The most they would have to add to their scripts would be a condition to check for energy, and then a function to deplete energy if it's at a certain level. Would probably take like minutes for any decent programmer.

This is almost exactly how it worked before world 8 (actually, you instead got a heavy speed debuff past a certain level of energy). It didn't do shit to stop botting and in fact gave botters an advantage (as legit players needed to put in extra effort to lose energy). The decision to not prevent eating at full energy was a conscious one and the game is better off this way.

Yeah, I'll back up this statement. I think the hunger system needs some work and changes, but let's not go back to where this old way is a thing.

Currenlty game forces you to use alts. With change you suggest, we would be forced to use botted alts instead. And not every player wishes to use bots they are much more hussle than just alts.
