Can always appoint difficulty to "punishment from playing".

Next thing you know shit posters like you (massa) make a thread about that the fep bar shouldn't increase when gaining stats because you're only gaining levels and the harder to fill bar is punishment for playing!!

If mining was easier, it would matter less if you find anything because can just keep going easier while raising strength way easier in the process.

When a miner goes and tries to mine this world and then does not succeed perhaps rather than keep stuffing his 10 int face maybe he should get some gameplay variety and do some quests/work on credo for hunger reduction.

If he chooses to mindlessly continue what he is doing then have no right to complain or look surprised when you fuck your own efficiency as it was expected and is circimventable.

When you don't find anything early on it can be demotivating or something but that only adds to the celebration when it does go your way.

Do agree ore veins are fucked this world though but that's another topic.

what you mean by punishes ? getting metal is a punishment for you ?

this is just resource that is not so easy to get, and the one you can't bring alt-s to work with

yeah but rn with 40 str q30 pickaxe and q50 water i can burn throu half my energy bar in a dozen tile on L1. i am not suggesting the process should be faster, i just think that perhaps str/masonry should reduce energy drain so even tho it takes you same amount of time to dig throu you are not going back to eat more energy food every 15 minutes. Same for chopping down trees, i can chop a log into blocks in a stamina bar, but it takes 2+ to chop said tree down??? ( on a metal axe no less ). Again, i dont want it to be too easy but as it is now hnh enforcess on you the use of alts as its nigh possible to mine, terraform, cut trees and farm as a hermit - i know in real life that would be taxing as well but i am talking about doing it bit by bit everyday and still suffering the consequences while you have people using and just loging their main to fill the desk. I merely want the game to be less punishing energy wise for hermits to reduce the need of alts - its a survival game and not sims...
