Rename them to eye fracture or give the bruise healing over time.

Waybroad are extremely rare in swamps, but in general this biome clumping thing has become a pain with oceans. Biome clusters should be smaller so even mid sized continents can get a couple different types.

Tough luck? Just because you didn't find them, it doesn't mean they don't spawn there. Also consider that foraging value given there is the minimum required; that means it's very unlikely for you to see it, but you have a chance. Try to look for them in grasslands (as the wiki also says), that's where I've been finding them mostly.

You might not know enough to update the wiki about waybroad, but if you really got that injury from fighting a boar you can add that to the wiki. Instead you're here just saying how shitty it is.

The only thing that I've found on the wiki that is really obsolete is the hit points of animals. And that's it. Most other info are somewhat accurate, considering not everything (in particular food) is already updated to the latest changes.

IIRC Waybroad is quite frequent on one of bright-green biomes (e.g. http://odditown.com/haven/map/#x=91&y=142.85&zoom=9). I think I found it there at some 3k per*exp.
At 6k+ per exp I see it almost everywhere.

You only need about half of that. And that terrain list on the wiki is a good bit off. I'm not sure i've seen it in a swamp of any kind once this world. I have seen it in a few forest types, though I haven't tracked which they were. I'll try to make notes of them in the future.

Waybroad spawns by the hundreds in the Red Forest Biome. Absolutely not-rare, as common as Clovers are in Grassland.

why would i update the wiki instead of complain about the outright retarded choice to have this extremely common wound that gets applied when you get knocked unconscious? the entire wounds system is complete shit with how sparse most healing mats are, only made far worse by most wound making absolutely no sense. once again, its a black eye. its a bruise. even if it were an "occular fracture", those as well heal on thier own over the course of a few weeks at most. you literally dont do anything for an occular fracture except remove splinters of bone if the break was more of a smash.

i NEVER claimed that they dont spawn in any spot, i said that the wiki is clearly shit because (maybe try reading the thread before commenting) at my ~800 PerXexp ive NEVER found a single waybroad across multiple different bogs, swamps, grasslands, and everything in between. not to mention the shit wiki stating that black eyes come from a cave in (which is even more retarded. its not like the rocks are punching me in the eye, and if one were youd likely lose said eye.) when in fact it gets applied when you get knocked out by basically anything. hell, i got one from either a deep cut or a fell slash when my toon went unconscious. OR better yet, the DEVELOPERS CAN PUT SOME EFFORT INTO THESE SYSTEMS THEY LIKE SPAMMING OUT WITH LITTLE TO NO BALANCE TESTING AND PRESENT INFORMATION TO USERS, RATHER THAN BE FUCKING LAZY AND HAVE USERS DO 1/2 OF THEIR JOB FOR THEM ON A FUCKING WIKI.

as for you people saying "oh its common at 3-6k" well guess what? ive had a fucking black eye from a bat since day 2. there is no excuse that low level trash mobs are applying wounds that are basically 100% out of the realm of possibility to heal, and make it FAR harder TO find the things themselves. the entire wound is counter intuitive. its a low level wound that SHOULD heal on its own, and if anything should effect charisma, and it requires a high level of perXexp to heal. i understand, some of you people hate fun and just want a fuckton of redundant pointless wounds and systems in the game to make it harder for anyone whos not running a dozen alts. honestly, arguing that this shit is fine as is is something only people whove already alted their way long past the point where wounds matter, would do.

either the wound needs to be made into something LOGICAL, i.e. it a bruise so treat it like one, or the way to heal it needs to actually be obtainable without relying on world resources, or applying permanent debuffs that themselves require world resources, to heal. its bad enough every way to heal is ANOTHER wound. we have a total of 51 wounds according to the wiki, and literally none of them add anything of value to the game.

3k or 6k perception x exploration... OK, for a permanent wound that gives you -5 perc, it's pretty sane, I'd say. - perception, not - cha, str or anything else. Maybe it should also give you - exp, to be more balanced.

As a rule of thumb, everything that makes life easyer and less boring/grinding for players is a great idea. Everything that makes the game harder is crap coming from sadistic tendencies of Jorbtar helped by the few players with the same kind of disorders.
