Simple solution is that you will lose the reward if you abandon the quest.
Abandoning of the credo quest would cost the same as reward would be.

Random punishments? What could go wrong!

We can pre generate rewards beforehand for credo so you would get the "same one"

i mean it would literally be quicker to just quest on high charisma characters wow 200exp compared to 20k exp

You ain't doing credos for the amazing xp and LP rewards, are you? The question was asked, and this is what I consider reasonable. Jorb and loftar clearly consider a fat goose egg more reasonable.
