Walling is only one of the issues with localized resources, another one is having to keep track of them with an alt using inspect to have an idea when they're spawning; whoever shows up on time and interacts with the thing for 0.5s gets something that he can immediately consume or transform into something else, then you're allowed to warp to your HF after receiving your reward while the guy that shows up a minute late (because he's not as autistic as I am or he chose to do something more entertaining) gets a message saying "Sorry bucko but Eggman took the chaos emeralds, come back in two to three weeks!".

A couple of days ago I log in, walked up to a node with other people waiting for it, spammed a>s then right click, got the thing and I walked away. If the timer was longer and they worked together they had a chance to stop me if someone spammed push. One of the two could have attacked me which means I can either try to defend myself or be an asshole that runs to a nearby river and drops the item. Aggroing someone over the weekly fairy shroom isn't worth it while icicles mean you're dead if you enter another player's render distance.

I am in the process of writing a rework idea which involves carrying something over long distances while giving turtling experts the option to get something for their effort.
