Isn't it logical that Ochs aren't wild aurorchs? You really wanted it to be "that simple" ? Not so say You literally do a credo about domesticated animals and complain about naming with wild one?

I have no idea what does that mean and I don't care for errors of translation. I don't see anywhere "official" support for other lang than english.

Errors happen. But then again logically speaking, I don't see why anything else beside cows would be named in any way as "ochs".

See my post earlier in the thread. If we want to get technical, "cow" is a female, and "bull" is male. "Ox," "oxen," or "cattle" would be the most proper.

To go further on my earlier post, there is clearly some entomology between the words and the domestication of the wild aurochs into cattle, but it'll be lost to time since it isn't documented at all that I can find.
