Implying the change that just happened doesnt do that anyways. Anything that makes it so you can actively contest people / alts grabbing these things is going to benefit big factions but that doesn't mean they should just remain as they were. I wouldn't call seeing an alt HF at every single resource ready to grab them good gameplay.

The 2min timer should not exist past the 1st hour of resource spawn. It just means that the resource is useless and noone wants to camp it. On the other hand, almost every resource worth fighting for is vclaimed already.
ANy alternative to this idiotic "fix" will be better.
