It would lead only to a confusion that people might that to believe cupboards outside are intended.
Especially enrage anybody who has no idea about outside decay and how it affects cupboards.

I would want to say yes, but I will say no.

Eh... I'm not sure it's a strong argument for "inside only." But the cupboard is the only container that decays when outside a building and claimed, so it is a fair point. We've certainly seen these threads in Bugs and HDI? in the past.

Metal cabinets are intended to be placed outside and still can't be built outside.

Even these are a bit on the pricey side, I think, for their size. At least they're durable.
