You want full speed running while drinking back? Thats dumb. You go run and drink at the same time, I'm sure that will work out great. Can we get a wet undergarments debuff that causes a chafing wound?
Sure +1 to legacy combat, but I don't see how full speed running while chugging is a requirement for you. Theres more strategy involved with slowed drinking, and if we all experience that slowdown why would full running change much at all anyways?

I think that as long as there is strider credo, there is a reason for running without being slowed.

Myeah thats true, but overall strider could stand to be adjusted in any case. I think that striders running buffs should only apply when in combat with wild animals. Multiple animals is fine, but if a hearthling is also aggroed you don't get the running boost. I could even see strider giving sprint speed towards fleeing animals(not critters/rodents) so long as its excluded from PvP.
Edit: Yes fierce is mine, I flip flop sometimes clicking on the user I log in as.

with current grafix legacy combat would lag the shit out of shitter computers, also idk how good it would be to revert to legacy combat in terms of dev progress. Doesn't push anything forward or whatever yk. Progressive whatever.

A shitty system being newer is hardly a good argument for keeping the shitty system. Legacy's combat was far better than both of hafens combat systems, and jorb and loftar honestly probably lucked into that one being as good as it was considering they both barely seemed to know how it works.

And honestly, how would legacys combat be any different on computers than the current combat. It's not like we're changing the graphics here.

As always, realism is a shitty argument for gameplay mechanics. Want the game to not be fun? Make it realistic

Current combat - spam flex kito, flex kito, flex kito, cleave, fun as fuck, in legacy it was skillful and u could do 10 diffrent strats to ko someone, but we all know Jorb and Loftar won't listen to the old players.. And in legacy there was nothing to fight over but fights happend more often than now :x The homework for devs, you should answer yourself, why?

Idk how well legacy combat worlds with the 3D world, but legacy combat was, and still is, fun

I still log on from time to time for spars in legacy and it's a good way to kill a few hours

I think legacy combat would never work in this game, movement hits would be way too easy, everyone would die left and right. I love legacy combat but I'm afraid that it wouldn't work bois, not anymore.
