I somewhat agree that there is little to no point having the requirement of 4 curds to fill 1 tub.
Should be just 1 curd.

Looks like nonsense and not worth attention of devs

i could also use the fill cheese trays extension. workarounds existing are not a justification for bad system design and you still have to make too many trips from tubs to cupboards even if it's a single click per tray.

Too many what? I've been using 7 tubs all world and supply myself plus other of plenty of cheese so what are you, some kind of marketboy wanting to do it industrially?

It's fine in current state, enough time already wasted let's not add this to the list

Why are you here arguing against a Quality of Life feature when you've already admitted in this thread that you use a custom client feature to alleviate the work load for you?

I think it's worthy to discuss it further - i can handle it but i won't mind to have a less clicky solution without need for certain custom clients or extensions ... and who i am to tell anyone not to try to work with 20 tubs (which are just 100 trays anyways to look after ... ;) )

Will consider, but somewhat... unsure of what the principal implications of that are.

There are none if everything is implemented as a way of maintaining the same cost. Well, i suppose the implication is that the server has a decrease in traffic because the players are clicking their mouse less to fill cheese trays.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Just bot it or make less cheese. Doesn't seem like a pressing issue imo
