I actually love this idea.
It's similar to the bum burn that is already in the game, punishing excessive spam for main chars that only get fed by the virtue of alt accounts.
The new satiation system was a nice blow too, to botters who could spam the same dish over and over before.
It would be interesting to see more mechanics like these that punish characters who do nothing but crafting, feasting, stat-upping and studying of curios without ever doing any hunting or hard labor themselves.
Instead of a wound, it would even make sense to add weight and mental health similar to how legacy haven had some features, in scales. Just that in this case players wouldn't decide how far they want the scale to be tipped and instead the scale will tip depending on how much balance of certain activities there are for a player.
So let's say your character never does anything but hard labor because he's a filthy alt for menial tasks, then he'll tip the scale far into becoming thin, taking wounds that exponentially grow with each further tip into that direction of the scale from overworking. It would be such a hassle to create a new working alt everytime another dies that alts for hard labor would be seen far less.
And let's say your main character never leaves his home because you fear that precious character of yours might get a scratch on him, then he'll tip the scale towards becoming obese from never hunting, never doing any work by each curio that runs through and with each stat point that increases. He'll be forced to, at the very least, leave the safety of his home at least once in a while. Nothing but an annoyance to anyone that alts and/or bots, but nothing that would bother an actual player as they will be doing a good amount of both, the actual work and receiving the gains from said work.
It would also dampen the pace at which characters progress to a certain degree because excessive stat gains would have to be preceded or followed up by a good amount of proactive activities.
If botters didn't dominate this game as hard as they do (never seen a game so bot-infested and dominated as HnH, even Silkroad wasn't as bad), I would've started financially supporting the devs years ago already.
