i mean i was mostly directing it towards people suggesting siege/ pvp ideas when they havent fought or sieged once.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.

Having time and experience is certainly a leg up towards making good suggestions but it is by no means a guarantee that you would have one. It absolutely doesn't prevent you from having a terrible idea. 20+ years of gaming has left me with countless examples of players who had both time and deep understanding of the game they were playing who then went on to make some of worst suggestions turned actual game implementations. And the ramifications of their idea were made real often with devastating results to the populations and continued development of those games.

A good idea is a good idea no matter who is saying it. I don't see what this system can add except to turn C&I threads into popularity contests and detract from arguing the merits of the suggestion rather than the credentials of the author.

I prefer current system of using postings score to determine which men are smartest.

There are mouthbreathers who play a lot but don't understand the game tho.
We should in stead have live quizes on game mechanics to test out the quality of posters.
Then people would finally have to read through the update threads or review them so they know which mechanic has changed recently.

does it work vise versa? I think not. I can hardly imagine how can one spent time playing the game w/o getting some stats... And that's what this idea about. When someone says he really enjoys proposed changes and suggest some new, but ppl can see he didn't play even a week in the current world - it could show the devs the quality of such feedback. IMO

Hi i'm b ... 24/7 ... running in circle when i'm not crafting curios and refilling study desks ... while i don't know anything about semantics and playing ...

1.244.164.919 seconds ... let's say a not very well and deeply thought at C&I takes 600 seconds to write ... how many C&I thoughts am i allowed to do? Got some time ?!? ... ;)
