Replace generic boar spear with spear shaft that you can attach different heads into.

I would like something as such but it might give a great leverage to early murders. I kind of like it how bronze sword now is a milestone of some sort.

If you're gonna do this, leave "sharpened stick" as an option, too. An early two-handed weapon that beats Stone Axe seems like a legit choice.
