I definitely know of a case during w9 where defenders tried to bash a siege palisade but the attackers just kept repairing it. Possibly the incident that provoked the current repair cooldown.

My recollection was that the battering ram introduced the same non-repairability restriction that ordinary hand-bashing does, but apparently I was wrong about that. Should probably be fixed at the same time, then. Pretty sure that wasn't the reason why we introduced the repair delay at least, though.

The repair delay was because we were repairing walls between catapult shots.
