If you're making your sausages q10, you're doing it wrong, and Butcher's Surprise makes it even easier to reach at least q40 for double the FEPs. It still has a bad FEPs/hunger ratio, but for a lot of meat you won't find a much better use other than kebab.
Everything gets a lot better as the quality rises; that is a truism. I didn't make the sausage at Q10 but reducing everything to Q10 makes it easier to compare them. I could grow higher quality wood strawberries and they would be better than the equivalent quality Butcher's Surprise. Just because a meat dosen't have a better use doesn't mean you have to use it at all. I can think of three things better than eating bad food: swill, mulch and drop it. Q40 Butcher's Surprise doesn't make it better to eat, it just makes it worse for you twice as fast.

Actually the analogy was that, like McDonalds, Butcher's Surprise is a processed food with low nutrition. You tried though.
