This. I don't have the time to scout the entire continent for quality nodes every 2 months. Factions do, because they have many people. Last world, I found a q400 moose spot, q270 deers, q370 swans and various other spots over time, which gave me access to decent bone clay. This would have been hard with seasonal quality nodes and essentially impossible with completely random animal qualities.

Then what is it about? The current static quality system works fine for both factions and hermits and therefore should be left as it is.
