Maybe then it would be better to rename them to something showing their exceptional nature? Like "impressive beaver tail" or "very large beaver teeth".

Teeth are 164lp/h and the tails are 82 lp/h?? They're not that good, Loftar. When you don't need them you drop them

Outside of making beaver hats and doing credos it's not gamebreaking to have a cupboard of these, they aren't part of a good study imo

Scent glands are different, because they're actually decent, but wolverines aren't that common either

Yes. Statisticians even came up with a fancy name for it many years ago.

@loftar: maybe make a rarer version of some of these curios ("Perfect Beaver Teeth") and leave the current ones as "common, almost always drop." to balance the quesing, maybe increase the number needed to finish a quest.

We should also then have particularly curious sets of genitals from domesticated animals. Curious meat bits, curious hides, curious bones and guts.

All of these mundane items that do actually drop normally should have some exceptionally FUN and CURIOUS variant.

at least lofty offered some kinda developer explanation but i do agree that they should probably be differentiated from mundane tails/teeth in their name, even if its just flavor.
