Creel space should act like belt space for fish

f you are going to add fish space into consideration for the stockpile, you might as well "fix" hide stockpiles too. A bear hide shouldn't take the same space a bat hide does

But what would that do to stockpile items that are ONLY multiple squares, like pumpkins and smokeleaf.

Change the creel, not the stockpiles.
