Unless the perks have changed from what's on the wiki, everything on there can be replicated with additional effort and resources. (Unlike something like a 10% animal quality bonus which can push animal quality beyond usual limits and you cannot accomplish such qualities without it.)
(For reference, the wiki claims the Tailor perks are currently:
- Sewing +15
- Chance to fail gildings reduced by 5%.
- Double the chance to reslot gildings when recycling artifacts.
- Sewing +25
- The first gilding of a new artifact is always successful.
)
uh, no. you literally cannot replicate the sheer utility that the final reward gives; imagine being able to attach a buckle to every single piece of gear you have without making it worse, or doing "gild tier 3 artifact" quests infinitley easier- or gilding a felt inlay into any item without a sewing affinity and always succeeding
of course you cant replace the utility, utility is the one thing credos give ...may give honestly
but you can get an 5 slots gear without your first being an autosuccsess,
with quality that is different, sure , you can just increase your mooshidejacked with better string, insted of taking the 10q from the creedo, but with the creedo you´d have both now, and since if you found an very good animal spawn, your best strings likely come from that q 220 bear , so hunter just increased your whole towns string,fur,bone,meat,ash and all relating products by 10 % . and anybody without that creedo just trashes any animal he touches basically,
just look at potter, if i dig up q 50 clay they pick q 65 so no person without that creedo is allowed too touch any clay now.
if you need something from the clay you found, somebody else has too pick it up infront of your feet, and give it too you, because you trash it basically just by looking at it,
it is, definitely, a mandatory credo for anyone who is even halfway serious about playing this game
