You need to hang a rope on a tree while on a horse then dismount, low chance that the branch breaks leaving you a new wound: paralyzed, no cure, -50% str,agi,con, only crawl speed, you can't swim or mount or sail or farm or mine or doing any labour intense job but you have -50% LP cost for every crafting skills.
