Getting chased by a snekkja is more dangerous if anything. As I said it adds a tad more skill to actual fights & a possibility to escape if you must. Forager is piss easy to get & slippers even easier. It's worth spending an hour or two to get those, just as you'd spend time getting an armor so you survive.

only redeeming quality of forager is that you can make it first. My first and last time i got it took me five days. And by escaping by boat i mean like you propvpers say:You run, you find random boat -bravo you live another day

Could just change the bunny slipper interaction so they're not useful for this purpose. Forager should stay since it's the only skill intensive part of running away.

Should it be a credo thing, though? I get that the gameplay around it is fun, but why is it mandatory for any warrior to also be a forager? It makes no sense.

Ideally the bunny chasing should be entirely replaced with a more sensible functional equivalent (as 'chasing bunnies' as part of PvP combat makes no sense), but at they very least making a certain credo and certain footwear required for any kind of PvP combat (even just running away when attacked) limits player choice. Anything that's effectively mandatory should not be that restrictive (practically eliminating an equipment slot and raising credo requirements for the credos you actually want). Perhaps bunny-chasing could become a learnable skill or other non-exclusive investment.

Jesus, who cares if something looks/is seemingly dumb or not - if it's in the meta and it works then so be it. Weren't you the one complaining about devs using their precious, precious time working on unneeded changes?
Will you complain about armor being mandatory and dumb because it makes you sacrifice one spot in equipment next?

i dont think armor makes any difference when you find yourself in a position have to run, i doubt my armor save me from snail cleave.Like if he is close enough to make a hit im never getting away and just die, i dont think it will be in one or 1 will make difference.Armor useful though in actual engagements and its fine. What is not fine that you think we cant change the thing which is unnecessary just because you are used to it or you find it skil to click bunny on minimap

So then they should change the mechanic because you are not used to clicking a bunny on the minimap? Literally the same argument lmao.

remove speed entirely from pvp

make it so running from pvp automatically de-agros

if real men wish to fight each other they will stand still and duke it out respectfully and honorably
