God I love bare handed attacks being stronger than steel 6foot battleaxe cleaves

I guess water being more dangerous than said battleaxe makes much more sense now

Battleaxe good for cleaving and killing players who don't have enough armor to cover the non-pen damage.
Since damage scales non-linearly with openings, that means if you can opp knocks an opponent to high openings you can more or less one or two shot them with it.

Since weapons should always be roughly equivalent of armor quality, it shouldn't really ever completely fall out of the meta

I'm honestly more worried about bows being basically broken af on everyone who doesn't have top-notch armor. I'm pretty sure a good ranger's bow will one shot hermits and this will create A LOT of forum threads about pvp being broken.

Although i can see meta shifting to a more of a chip meta based on uac moves instead of the cleave meta due to stupid armor pen that uac moves have.

No one had crazy con because it wasn't important before. With this math con starts mattering for roughly 2k plus assuming same rough metal endgame. Not like we lack con recipes lol.

Chip meta just isn't going to be a thing, combat will look just the same as we have currently. Opknock people into +70s and cleave for 21, or higher and just outright delete their hp bar. Or we do very viable strategy of Kitoing people 70 times for 1 to 3 damage.
