well we had jackalopes, wich would have had ties to germanic and specifically alpine folklore, and i miss them,
still think its weird we spawn irrlight off of our anvil instead of them leading us intoo an damp grave in sawmps

I would like to see more blood trails from running animals, when an animal runs off trying to find it by following the blood trails is pretty useless , they don't bleed enough.

Also would like a new tamable/breedable animal, maybe turkeys?

Quails, foxes


For enemies if not dragon at least a wyrm would be great, maybe some spiders in caves? Maybe a carnivore plant?

I like the idea of (pre-)Ice age mammals more. A smilodon or cave lion could be added. It would be stronger than a wolf, but solitary, and not spawn everywhere.
In terms of quality, the reward should be worth the risk without invalidating the other creatures.
