Tbh this. Would feel a lot better hunting random animlas if i knew they weren't base ql every fucking time.

Always been a proponent of this, animals naturally roam around so in theory you shouldn't be finding the same quality animals in the exact same spot every time

Animal level = correlated to both Q and civ level it's totally related to animal spawns, the further you get from "civilization" the better the animals get
