The reward may be a magic item that increases the quality of the selected item.
For example:
Power of the gods +5 +10 +15 +20...- increases the quality of the selected item by the indicated number of points.
(weapons, tools, rings, clothes)
The Power of the Gods item would be an item assigned to the player, without the possibility of exchange or trade. To avoid raising the quality to crazy levels with more players in the village.

The "In the Belly of the Great Whale"-Dungeon must clearly come first, but I do not hate this.

here's some suggestions for loot gold bars about four or five stacks pearls enough to make about 20 necklaces and have them around 100 plus quality an alternative for meteor iron in there too would be able to do the same as meteorite iron
items that unlock gilding slots about 3 to 5 of those
The Village at successfully occupies the dungeon should be able to teleport back in and have a fishing pond in there it has 100 quality plus fish they could utilize for a week as well

after all if you get knocked out in a dungeon it's instant death

There is no boat combat in my suggestion. I even made my post retard-proof so that lesser beings such as yourself could understand that.
And please, let's not exaggerate. I upset you, and in response to that you've been crying about all of my suggestions ever since. Your trained dogs wouldn't dare go against something you say so they all just agreed with you without providing any substantial reason as to why it's bad.

Here I'll even sum it up for you.

That's the extent of the boating.
In the dungeon you disembark at the entrance and the rest takes place on land just as if you're in any other dungeon like the bee one or the bat one.
No boat combat whatsoever unless people choose to fight in the middle of the ocean outside of the dungeon.
