Just add a lockpick so it's not just a stat test

If you can't run long enough in a straight line to get like a speedboost or two (which you can get first because you are uh, running away, so you're in front) and then maybe click a rabbit you are not making it to the safepali either.

You're not the first person to write this. The most important thing here is a safe place. What safe place? The save palisade was removed, and now people want to nerf the locks.

The point of removing the safe pali was to remove safespace pvp abuse. Removing them but leaving locks is dumb, because all your safe palis are now just steel locked buildings and nothing has actually changed.

As a 100% carebear player, who often plays in a village full of carebears, safepalies aren't meaningful to players like us. False security. What really matters is death protection and how siege works.

PvP players make up 10% of the game, if not less. Why is everything being done for you? Considering you're killing everyone?

xir, I can pick YOUR locks in under 1 second
if you walk into a house while I'm 10ft behind you're more fucked than if you just kept running
calm down
nothing changes for you

Ah yes, Sevenless the pvper. You got me, I'm secretly lying about being a carebear
