These needlessly complicated mechanics are probably why so many new players keep dropping the game. People play to have fun, they don't wanna have to pull out a calculator IN LANDSCAPE MODE and do some boring math every 5 seconds.

Wouldn't be an issue if buildings had higher HP or non-siege weapons did less damage against buildings.
