I don't think HnH is ready to be sold as a PvP game. I play lots of PvP games because the PvP in them is fun. HnH is certainly not one of those games.
PvP in HnH is just a necessary evil to resolve conflicts and nothing more.

I get the joke, but I approve having NPC "villages", similar to Civilization's barbarian camps, that randomly spawn/despawn, like skeletons or goblins or smth, which contain actual low-level loot good for early game. All these q2 swords with durability, steel armor worth of 3 hits and etc. Needless to say they also need to die from one hit, and loot shall be used for earliest possible PvP start.

We would obviously need some chests with loot scattered around, preferably with colour coded quality, green for common loot and yellow for legendary q300 B12.
