Yeah we get it, you're THAT good, it's almost impossible to kill you. Not the point of this thread.

@loftar I guess these 10 pages gave you a decent insight on the vocal players' opinion. Go ahead, make a KOed-while-in-a-PvP-relation player w/o Rage immune to any damage and wounds whatsoever, then you can make animals keep attacking after a KO, hell, you can make maneating aggressive rabbits for all I care. Those are just scripts, they can be avoided, but they can also be abused. If you let a bear aggro on KOed player, within hours there will be hunting parties running around with pet bears slaughtering rageless farmers just for kicks.

@loftar: In case your intention really is that non-rage characters get killed anyway then you should kiss a good portion of the farmville style players goodbye.
Because they'll likely quit when they get killed.

Bad move, IMHO.

Earlier this world, I got swooped by a golden eagle. No time to hearth away, no time to sprint away, not way for me to reach shelter. Aforementioned eagle decided to aggro, and promptly kick my ass, leaving me with a fell slash and a bunch of other wounds I couldn't heal. There was no counterplay to this, the eagle picked a direction, and RNG bade that beat the shit out of me. The bullshit wounds I couldn't avoid were bad enough. Under this system, how often are players just going to get murdered by walking/flying RNG machines?

I think it should be changed so that only players with active subscriptions should have knockout protection :)

Non rage knockout protection doesn't apply to most anyone at least in pvp*.



*Unless you do pants on head non reasonable things to manipulate your shp.
