Well, yes, but that was precisely the point, wasn't it? That it requires investment into infrastructure with actual locality.

Yes by having a road. If anything It's a fault of not having weariness anymore and agi checks. I'm not saying I hate roads, it's just that it's not super hard to establish and you get right back to the zip-zap teleporting.

I agree with metal curios being too OP but the insane metal quality is already a known mistake by devs which will be fixed at some point, same applies for symbel items. Foragable curios definitely need to be reworked, the fate system is kinda crap especially when things like edels and boletes arent even very good.

To add to your wall of complaints I think gold and silver should be reconsidered, firstly they are probably too common, especially silver and secondly, I think the sheer amount of nuggets/bars you get from 1 ore vein is crazy, I mean it honestly seems like 1 normal sized silver vein could provide rings for most of the playerbase

Regarding the capes and sketch book items, I think it is sad that the bug report cape, hirdsman cape and sketchbook cape/tabard are basically useless compared to bat cape/vap

However, I completely disagree with the statement "Shield maneuver is just simply too good to pass up." I mean sure it scales really well with x3 weight but it has a huge cooldown and all you have to do is keep parry up then your opponent is basically breaking his own defences. Also, defending against lots of different colors is not necessarily a good thing, I would much rather have a single color defence which can't be targetted.


Like a massive boss-y animal-variant like a White Stag or Erymanthian Boar? I dig it, but we need Trolls back (or at least I want them back), and forgotten beasts DF style that mash together random animals and give them wings and dragon's breath or acid spit or something seems viable to me.


As for silver and gold being too common, I agree, it should be fairly rare except on the lowest levels, making way for massive higher-yield copper or iron ores

1/5000 spawn chance (about half of what we guessed trolls were last world) would be a nice thing for white bears/horses/deer etc

Specially when we can tame horses, it'd be awesome to potentially have white babies

Would be cool if new combat styles emerged for the new stuff.

For instance, the current fighter gear is cool for, say a generic setup. But let's say someone would want to make a heavy agi advantage and stacks agi gear, focusin on just keeping def bars on the whole fight, while other styles can take it with slow big hits and get platemail with dhelms, and actually let the armor soak the damage for them instead of defense bars.

What if your str would be calculated into breaking defense, and use ua/mc skills to determine which combat moves you can unlock at a given time?

OP sums up so much.

We need more random events like the special caverns. It makes mining fun like a what if what if rather than a oh I've got all the ores I don't need to ever do anything anymore.

The same with log stumps and unique/ super rare animals on certain biomes.

Fate curios need a crazy buff. Glimmermoss > most fate items

would like to see epic creatures that you would need a lot of people to hunt, and that give very good loot, something good for the end game, since there are trolls in the game (maybe? never saw any this word) dragons might be a possibility for this, also elephants and some kind of battle with whales or sharks, and every few month or so a giant boss might appear that takes either many people to kill or a lot of time to defeat

Would like to see events where people would team up Regardless of Faction, Tradition or Language against one common enemy to decide the progression of the game. Like Defeat the shaman as mentioned from another thread. Or Defeat the Summoned creatures bringing famine and sickness to the animals.
I have vague memories of tying a woman up and throwing her in a dungeon.
