ill only use two charterstones which aren't mine or put my hf next to someones charterstone and ill still grief

Yup, it will always be possible to grief if the price of travelling is paid by charterstone owner, not the player who actually travels (some solution suggested above).

Me and my friend came up with idea of adding "load" to charter stones. Charter stones wouldn't require rock crystals to be constructed,
but instead to use them you would have to load them with crystals. One charter stone can hold maximum of 500 loads. You could load it with
strange crystals and rock crystals. Strange crystals would give only tiny amount loads, as they are easier to get hold of, but rock crystals would give much
more. For example base value of 10 loads / Strange crystal and 100 loads / rock crystal. This would scale with quality. When you use charter
stone it would use one load, perhaps the amount of load required would scale with the distance that you travel. This way charter stones could be more
widely afforded, but still wouldn't be easy/free way to travel long distances.


Havent read all thread, but I think an idea like this would be very good. That way ofc the localized resource would still be the preferable, but at least noobs like me could make teleports and therefor easier trade with developed player for gear n stuff n all. Increased chance for noobs to trade yes pls!
