well in reality someone could go in to an in eat and leave with out ever paying = theft.
taking the risk out of everything is just boring.

Simple solution: sell the food in a barter stand.

Being able to define tile-by-tile color coated zones from the stake claim menu and being able to customize each defined area's rights individually would be really cool.
