Ants are supposed to drop TA too, but not for me apparently, I keep getting shit like Punch Them Both. I guess I could do badgers, but the rest are just gonna run away because I don't have IP to hit them with a finisher.

It`s not like Take Aim is crucial unless you want to exploit range IP gain, instead of going close with Low Blow or Watch It Moves.

Yet i support at least some IP-gaining move in starter kit, cause random can be a bitch.

Fox, badger, boar, deer, moose, and cows all have the chance to give it

I've had the most luck with badgers

Nah that's some bullshit. The animals are so fuckin annoying running around all over the place and without take aim hunting is a serious pain in the ass.

I might not even be using it from a boat, maybe I just wanna take a horse and kite animals around while I build IP. Is using a horse an exploit too?

I tried almost every animal except for Moose Bear and Mammoth and all I get are more IP based moves or basic restorations.. nice.

Also have gotten a whole bunch of useful IP using moves, but the only IP gainer I've discovered so far is think, which, you guessed it. Requires IP to use.

Would it be ridiculous to blend the discovery system with the old buying skills system? By a skill like brawling, and that unlocks your ability to discover certain moves. Has downsides, but would allow at least some sense of reliable progression by allowing us limit and streamline which discoveries we want/need.
