Just like 72 hours would matter :roll: :roll:

I dont think its worth to "fix" this. Some guy might chop few dozen quest trees. But eventually he will just get bored of it.
Not worth implementing cool mechanics to prrevent.

I think I might end up claiming a few questgivers around my base this evening thanks to this guy. It sort of makes sense from a settler's point of view to protect and worship your gods...

Make the item the questgiver inhabits invulnerable, create hearthmagic that will relocate the questgiver in exchange for xp (in case one is in the way of your future base or whatever). Problem solved.

Just make it so that a character destroying quest givers has to have at least yeomanry and dried claim over it. Also after killing one give it a debuff for few days so it can't destroy another.

Yeah this looks good. If the claim can stay in place for more than one day that means the quest giver isn't visited that often.

This is the best idea so far. As not giving a quest for an alt isn't an option as well - if a person spawns an alt, there is nothing preventing him to spawn the alt near his base with a beacon and destroy QG that the main char already knows - so not receiving quests for 72 hrs would only restrict normal players for getting ones.

Also, only the owner of claim should be able to destroy.
