Some 'distance from coronation stone' upkeep cost multiplier would definitely be a good addition.
I'd even say that max distance between to farthest coronation stones can be a multiplier of all upkeep cost

Other people might think that the retards are the ones that play all day every day for the first month and burn out. As to the devs changing things in the middle of the world well, welcome to Haven and Hearth, in eternal alpha, live with it, it takes change to improve things.

I thought there was an effective combat cap of 1000 now? missed that being removed if it has been. That seems a sensible number to me, is achievable by casual play if the games lasts a while with the current eating mechanics.

Boss fights could be a nice end game addition. They could be summoned with hard to craft items and they could have ultra rare loot so that people feel compelled to fight them repeatedly. Coding bosses might be difficult, though.
